Your well-being during COVID-19 outbreak

During this pandemic, please know that I am taking every precaution with your items. I am not infected, I have not (to my knowledge) come in contact with, any person(s) having COVID-19.
I have not had any shipments coming from the China area, or any area where the outbreak is right now. I will clean your cups, tumblers with dawn dish soap and warm water and wipe down inside and out with alcohol before I send or hand off to you. I always clean my hands with sanitizer or straight alcohol before handling as well.
Please know that not only is my health a priority, yours is too.

I cannot be held responsible for slow shipping. The USPS, UPS and FedEx are all running behind schedule. But know that I ship by means of having tracking info. Also let it be known that these shipping companies may not update tracking all the time.
