What are the care instructions?

Care instructions will be included with each and every order. 

Do you accept custom orders?

For custom and personalized orders, email me the info and I will email you an approximate cost. Once an order is approved for cost, I will work on it and email you what it will look like before I cut so you may make any changes. Once final approval has been given by you, there will be no changes.

What are the shirt sizes for adults?

I use XS-4X and they are unisex sizing. So order accordingly.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes I do for an additional fee.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

No. Due to the customization of each product, no returns will be accepted. If an item is damaged in transit, it is on you to contact the delivering agency (either USPS or UPS) for a refund. Once it leaves my hands, I can no longer control how it is handled. I do pack everything as tightly as possible so there should be no damage.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 12 hours of order placement and payment. Send me an email with your name and order number and the reason you want to cancel and your order will be cancelled and you will receive your refund to the form of payment within 10 days (or however long it takes your bank to process the return). No orders will be cancelled after 12 hours.
