Terms of Service
1. My average turnaround is 21 business days (Monday-Friday) depending on the item ordered and if it is around a major holiday. So order with plenty of time to spare.
2. Rush orders are available for an extra charge. If you need an order faster than my current turnaround time, please let me know when ordering and you will be charged an extra $25.
3. Every detail must be confirmed in the order process (size, colors, fonts, etc.) before I begin work.
4. Due to the customization of items, all payments must be made when ordering before I can begin the design process.
5. All sales are FINAL.
6. By ordering a custom product from me, you are consenting to having photos of your item being shared on my website.
7. Shipping is available. However, once an item leaves my hands, I am no longer responsible for said item. I can not guarantee the post office will handle your item with care even if I mark the package as fragile. If your item is damaged during delivery, it is your responsibility to contact your local post office. You may purchase shipping insurance.
9. I use a personal brand tumbler.
10. I cannot guarantee an exact duplicate of a photo that you send me as each item is custom made. I will get as close as I can to the photo provided.
11. By ordering from me, you acknowledge that you accept these terms and conditions.
12. By ordering from me, you are giving me the right to use photos of the finished product on my website and all social media.
MY RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. I will do my best to complete your order in the time frame mentioned above.
2. I reserve the right to decline or cancel orders. I am a mom, grandma and wife, and things happen. If this is the case, I will notify you immediately to discuss the situation with your order.

Do NOT soak in water
Hand wash ONLY
Do NOT place in the dishwasher
Do NOT microwave or freeze
Do NOT leave in your vehicle during extreme temperatures for long periods
Do NOT scrub with anything abrasive
